Chan's (Oland) son Lee (Luke) is a member of the American swim team at the Berlin Olympics. When an experimental auto pilot device is stolen, Chan is called in (arriving by blimp) and suspects German spies. Since Lee is busy training, Charlie Chan Jr. (Tom Jr.) steps in to help his pop, but when Lee is kidnapped they may have to stop their investigation to save his life.
